How do I get started?

Once you've purchased your new system, we'll be in touch to get you setup. First we'll create your new Nobly and iZettle accounts so you're ready to go when your hardware arrives the following business day. Next, we'll schedule a full onboarding session to learn how best to make the most of your new EPOS system.

How easy is it to setup the hardware?

Setting up your new system usually takes less than 15 minutes, you'll need to plug in a few cables and connect to your WiFi network. We're always on hand to help you setup over the phone if you get stuck. It's very unlikely you'll need a hands-on installation, but we have a network of partners across the UK who can helpif needed.

How can I get the free iZettle Reader + Dock?

The price displayed includes the free iZettle Reader + Dock, once you've purchased your new system we'll be in touch to setup your iZettle account and send your free items.

*The iZettle offer is for new iZettle customers only, if you already have an iZettle account we won't be able to include the free items.

How does the monthly payment option work?

You can spread the upfront cost over 12 months with our partner Divido. Add the system to your basket as normal and select pay with divido at checkout, you'll then need to fill out a short finance application process. Note this option is currently only available for limited companies, not sole traders :(

What are the ongoing charges?

Your £1099 (USB Option) purchase includes all the hardware and a years subscription to Nobly software. To continue using Nobly after the first year, you'll pay £468 per year (equivalent to £39 per month).

Do I need anything else?

To send data to the cloud and process payments you'll need a reliable internet connection with a local WiFi network. If that isn't possible, we recommend a 3G capable iPad - get in touch to discuss options.
